May 2010 Memphis TV Household News Ratings
Yesterday was the final day of May Sweeps and the end of the prime time season finales. Below are the 2010 May Sweep household average ratings and shares for the 4 major Monday – Friday news time periods in Memphis. WMC had the largest number of viewing households at 6am, 5pm, and 6pm. WREG has the largest number of viewing households at 10pm.

Another Good Thing in Memphis: Great Customer Service at Krystal
Here’s another great thing happening in Memphis.
Have you ever walked into a place and it just makes you smile. In Memphis, the Krystal at 1377 Union is that place. The first time, I thought it was a fluke when we were immediately greeted upon entering. The people behind the counter actually seemed they were happy to be there, and more than that, glad we came in. Each customer received the same service as we did.
So we went back a 2nd time. The smiling, happy faces once again greeted us when we walked in the door and enthusiastically took our order at the counter and cheerfully brought it to us as we waited in the restaurant. When we left, they thanked us for stopping by. And I felt like they really meant it.
Who would have guessed that this high level of customer service is housed at the Krystal. Go see for yourself. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
